Hampton & Richmond Borough boss Paul Barry says Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Lewes felt like defeat.
The visitors struck in injury time to level Charlie Moone’s second half opener and steal a Ryman Premier League point at the Beveree.
Hampton, who travel to Margate tomorrow, had been reduced to 10 men after skipper Billy Jeffreys saw red in the first half.
“Even with 10 men we were creating chances,” said Barry.
“The lads were disappointed at the end and it felt like a loss to them, which is only a good thing.”
