Croydon Harrier Dasaolu denies he will defect to Nigeria after Rio 2016

Croydon Harrier, and the second fastest Brit of all time over 100m, James Dasaolu has played down talks of a defection to Nigeria.
After his appearance in the 100m final of the World Championships in Moscow, Punch, a Nigerian newspaper, quoted the 25-year-old as saying: "After the next Olympics I will maybe consider changing.
"I would love to compete for Nigeria one day."
While preparing for this weekend's sprint in the Great North City Games, Dasaolu said: "There is no truth in that story.
"I am 100 per cent committed to running for my country. I was born in this country, I'm trained by a British coach, I train at a British facility, I have the full backing of British Athletics."
He added: "I was most likely misquoted. There's no truth in it. I don't know where it came from."
