Swans boss Martini quits Walton & Hersham

Ex-Walton & Hersham boss Chuck Martini has blammed a lack of backing from the club's board for his decision to quit Stompond Lane.
The Swans manager, sent to the stands during Satuday's 1-0 home defeat to Burgess Hill Town, stepped down on Monday with his side languishing in 16th place in Ryman Division One South table.
He said: "This is something that has been brewing for some time.
"Our budget is the fifth or sixth worst in the league. We were sat at the top of the table at one stage this season, but the lack of backing has meant we have been unable to keep up with that early pace.
"This is not a decision I wanted to make, but I came to the club with the goal of achieving something.
"Realistically that was not going to happen with a budget that is just about good enough to keep the team in this division.
"I have given it my best shot and believe I have achieved good results with limited resources and I thank the club for giving me the opportunity they gave me."
