After a year of our new management team at Twickenham Academy I just have to share the news of what a success they are.

Currently there is a shortage of the calibre of Head and Senior Managers that can make a school a success. With this in mind I can only say we at Twickenham Academy have hit the jackpot with a Head and Senior Management team who are experienced, knowledgeable, inspiring, successful and caring.

Assal Ruse and the senior management team achieved in their first 8 months what has been recognised by Her Majesties Inspectors to take a minimum of 18 months and they have continued with the pace of rapid improvement.

The latest inspection report say that progress has improved in all areas with interventions making a significant impact, behaviour is good and recruitment at a time of scarcity of teachers is successful.

Our children are well taught and cared for by a school, senior management team and teachers that do not give up. Every child matters and the school adapts strategies to ensure students are able to achieve their full potential and go out to the world more equipped to succeed no matter what their needs are.

Our children are privileged to attend such a enterprising school and we look forward to more good news in the future.
