Heartwarming musical about love and hope.

Charity Valentine, dancer-for-hire at tough New York club the Fan Dango Ballroom, remains ever-hopeful that she will find love. Although Charity dreams of old-fashioned romance, she gives her heart to one undeserving man after another.

After a run-in with deadbeat boyfriend Charlie, Charity meets shy tax accountant Oscar. Should Charity tell Oscar the truth about what she does for a living, and risk ruining their whirlwind romance?

Sweet Charity includes great numbers such as Big Spender, If My Friends Could See Me Now and The Rhythm of Life. The musical premiered on Broadway in 1966, receiving nine Tony Award nominations.

This new production at The Questors, in the intimate setting of the Studio theatre, features a talented local cast, brand new choreography, and LED projection that takes the audience from the sleazy Fandango dance floor to the romance of Coney Island.
