A building project completed by Collenmore Construction, a building company based in St Margarets, was shortlisted for a national award.
The Real Homes Transformation Awards were overwhelmed by the number of entries, which they whittled down to a shortlist of 15 'amazing transformations'.
The project which was in Twickenham involved the transformation of a terraced property by extending both to the rear and loft. The effect was also locally designed by Architecture WK and incorporated maximum use of space, and a striking kitchen extension.
A spokesman from Collenmore construction said "The standard of entries was phenomenally high and, naturally, we are delighted to have it included in the final shortlist of 15. "The panel of judges included Lucy Alexander from Homes under the Hammer and Wayne Hemmingway from Red or Dead. "The client was delighted with the result and we worked with the respected Architecture WK."
