Teenager Tiffany Smith died after a car crash on Sunday.
The 18-year-old from Richmond died in Kingston Hospital after being thrown from the car she was a passenger in.
Police say she had been travelling in the car with four other people - all in their late teens and early 20s - when it is believed the driver lost control and the vehicle collided with a fence in Petersham Road near the junction with Sudbrook Gardens.
