The Elmbridge Health and Social Care Partnership is urging the over-65s and people with serious medical conditions to get their free seasonal flu jab.
The partnership said it would work with business and voluntary groups in the coming weeks to spread the message.
Councillor Rachael Lake, portfolio holder for community development at Elmbridge Council, said: “It is very important for older people, carers and people with long-term conditions to be vaccinated against seasonal flu. It’s free and only takes a few moments.”
To get a jab, contact your local GP or practice nurse.
