GLA surgeries Tony Arbour, Greater London Assembly Member for the boroughs of Hounslow, Kingston and Richmond upon Thames, holds surgeries on the first Saturday of every month at Feltham Library between 3pm and 4pm and at Heston Community Sports Hall between 4.30pm and 5.30pm where he is accompanied by Hounslow councillor, Mark Bowen.

On the last Friday of every month Mr Arbour is at 90 York Road, corner of Elm Tree Road, Teddington between 5pm and 6.30pm,where he is accompanied by Richmond councillor Roger Avins.

Supporting victims Volunteers from Victim Support Kingston, 8547 3202. are available at the Asda store, London Road, Norbiton for advice and support on the first Friday of every month, 11am-1pm.

This is an opportunity to chat to trained volunteers about any problem, including domestic violence, racism, burglary, homophobic crimes, violence, rape and sexual assault.

Information can also be obtained about a range of situations such as going to court, helping children cope with the effects of crime; personal safety; crime prevention; third party reporting and becoming a volunteer.

Forum for the disabled MP Vincent Cable has set up a new arrangement with RAID in Teddington, the information service for disabled people, to provide a special MP's advice surgery for local disabled people.

Vincent Cable will be available, by appointment, from 2 to 4pm on the first Friday of every month at the RAID, (Richmond Advice and Information on Disability, 4 Waldegrave Road Teddington.

Drop in advice Unbiased and confidential advice and information is available on a range of topics including welfare benefits, finding a care home, attendance allowance, council tax, community services, pension credit as well as leisure activities from Age Concern Richmond upon Thames.

There is a drop in service every Thursday from 2pm to 4pm at Meadows Hall, Church Road, Richmond.

Anyone over 18 who has been bereaved within the last two years is entitled to attend for up to 12 sessions.

Breastfeeding clinic A breastfeeding drop in clinic at the West Middlesex Hospital, Twickenham Road, Isleworth, welcomes mothers, their partners and relatives. Help, support and reassurance on all aspects of breastfeeding are offered by health professionals. Tuesdays (not July and August), 10.30am-12 noon in the Seminar Room, Queen Mary Maternity Unit. Light refreshments are available and donations gratefully received. A second session welcomes parents on Fridays 9.30am-11am.
