A consultation has been launched to gather the views of Teddington residents on a new community hub.

The locations being considered are 4 Waldegrave Road, the former depot and car park in North Lane and Elleray Hall.

Residents who currently access the hall are especially urged to have their say.

Councillor Pamela Fleming, the council’s Joint deputy leader, said: “This council aims to put the community at the heart of everything we do. While these proposals are in the very early stages, we want local residents and those who currently use the services to help us develop them further.

“We want to go on this journey together.

“This is a one-off opportunity to create something special that will provide improved facilities for the current users, but is also fit for the future and wider community.”

From February 22, the council will consult with the community on the emerging proposals, which are still very much in early stages.

A drop in session will also be held at Elleray Hall on February 28 from 4pm to 8pm.
