South West train services between Kingston and London Waterloo are facing major delays due to a signalling problem.
A broken down train between Clapham Junction and London Waterloo, which has now been moved, is also contributing to the delays.
The train service has warned of delays of up to 20 minutes, with trains expected to run as normal from 5pm.
#DisruptionSWT The broken down train at #QueenstownRoad is about to move, and will be bought to Waterloo for repairs. Lines clear shortly
