The lavish 150-year-old Swiss chalet in Hampton has been put on the market for £13million.
Myck Djurberg, 56, is the owner of the luxurious chalet estate, which was imported from Switzerland in 1882, as well as the Hampton Riviera and Boatyard near to Hampton Court Palace.
The Thames-side chalet comes complete with an indoor beach, a ‘jungle room’, a gold-covered bathroom and kitchen worth a reported £500,000.
It is also set to feature a swimming pool on the river, described by estate agents Riverhomes as the “first floating swimming pool on the river Thames in the UK”.
Mr Djurberg’s home has an indoor spa complex and a wine cellar which can hold up to 1,600 bottles, Riverhomes said.
The chalet was raised from the flood plain land on which it sits in 2014.
