Richmond's Liberal Democrats continue to mock the Conservative hierachy over their Twickenham riverside proposals - and manage to spread a bit of festive cheer at the same time.
The Lib Dems have mocked up images of the council's hierachy wearing Santa hats
Councillor Gareth Roberts, leader of the opposition, has spent the past month criticising council leader Lord True and his deputy Councillor Geoffrey Samuel over the plans.
He branded Coun Samuel a "hypocrite" for comments he made attacking the Lib Dems luxury homes proposals for the riverside in 2009.
But the Lib Dems' Twitter account has taken the campaign one step further - by mocking up the pair in Santa hats.

With 23 more days left of the virtual calendar, it could just be the beginning of the Christmas-themed attack.
