A woman in her 90s was taken to hospital after being hit by a vehicle near Richmond Park this morning.
Her injuries were not thought to have been life-threatening and London Ambulance Service have taken her to a south London hospital.
Metropolitan Police, London's Air Ambulance and firefighters were also at the scene in Queens Road.
The collision occurred shortly before 11am.
An LAS spokesman said: "We were called at 10:49am to reports of a road traffic collision involving a pedestrian and a car on Cambrian Road at the junction of Queens Road.
"We sent a number of resources to the scene including an incident response officer, London's Air Ambulance, an ambulance crew and a responder by car to the scene.
"We treated a woman believed to be in her nineties for a head injury.
"She was taken as a priority to St George's Hospital, Tooting, escorted by the doctor from London's Air Ambulance."
