A consultation on parking in Teddington wants feedback about whether to introduce a new community parking zone (CPZ).

Those living within the current CPZ as well as those further afield have until the end of the month to make their views heard.

It follows a number of residents' requests to either expand the CPZ or create a new one to operate in different hours.

Richmond Council cabinet member for highways Councillor Stephen Speak said: "Your views are vital to the Council and it is important that as many people as possible have their say on parking measures in Teddington.

"Generally the council seeks to have support from a majority of households - over 50 per cent, before implementing a new CPZ or extending an existing one."
