Dog shows, judo displays and a ballet show formed part of Hampton Court House's summer fete.
Agility competition: Not a stunt dog in sight
Hundreds of visitors enjoyed the sunshine as they explored the French market and the marché aux puces, before moving on to the arts and crafts stalls.
The day was organised in partnership with the Royal Academy of Dance and Teddington Rugby Club impressed with their ball skills.
Headmaster Guy Holloway said: "It is fantastic to see so many local residents and first-time visitors here today.
"Hampton Court House loves a party and the property really is at its best on days like this."
