New self-help kiosks providing touch-screen access to specialist advice have been placed in three locations across the borough.
The kiosks, in Twickenham’s Civic Centre, the Vineyard Community Centre and Richmond’s Royal Hospital, will provide advice on issues including money and jobs.
The kiosks are part of a project called ‘Advice Richmond - Together for Change’ which has been funded by the Big Lottery and is made up of 12 local organisations led by Richmond Citizens Advice Bureau.
Susan Smith, chief executive of Richmond Citizens Advice Bureau, said: "We are really excited that we can help more local people solve more of their problems."
