Parkshot Medical Practice will be served by more than 30 members of staff, has four floors and will be able to provide services including minor surgery and physiotherapy.
Deputy Mayor of London Victoria Borwick visited the practice on Friday, February 27, to unveil a plaque and meet members of staff.
Dr Frances Bates, senior partner at Parkshot Medical Practice, said: "The past three years have been incredibly challenging for the whole team at Parkshot, but finally being able to offer all our patients the very best in modern healthcare from this superbly appointed new surgery, located right in the heart of Richmond, certainly makes it worthwhile."
The practice will be the new home of the Pagoda and Queens Road surgeries, which collectively looked after 11,000 patients.
