Twickenham Bridge: The woman was taken into custody for her own wellbeing
A woman has been talked down from Twickenham Bridge this afternoon, after threatening to jump.
The woman, in her 30s, was threatening to jump when police were called at 3.10pm.
The woman was led to safety, before being detained under the Mental Health Act.
Teddington RNLI were also called to the scene but were not required to assist.
