Transforming Orleans House is a £235,050 project, supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund, which will restore the gallery’s grade I-listed Octagon Room.
Richmond Council cabinet member for arts and culture Councillor Meena Bond said: "We want everyone to be part of an informed discussion on the future changes at Orleans House Gallery.
"Transforming Orleans House is an exciting project and we want to share our plans with local residents and west London audiences."
Public meetings will take place at the Coach House at Orleans House Gallery.
The first meeting will be on Saturday, November 1, from 1pm to 4.30pm.
The second meeting takes place on Monday, November 3, from 3pm to 7pm.
