Richmond has proved it has flower power after picking up 12 awards at the London in Bloom competition.
The competition encourages boroughs, communities, neighbours and businesses to work together to improve the environment and make London a brighter and cleaner place to live and work.
Judges were full of praise for the blooming borough, which was crowned overall winner for the city category, large park, large conservation and commons categories.
Richmond also picked up gold, silver and bronze awards for a range of categories including village, cemetery, town centre and small park.
Councillor Pamela Fleming, cabinet member for environment, said: "To come away with twelve awards from such a prestigious competition is a tremendous achievement.
"A special thank you must go to our parks teams and our residents and businesses. They clearly love what they do and are incredibly dedicated, which is why Richmond is the most beautiful borough in London."
