Landmark Arts Centre in Teddington is launching its partnership with Pizza Express Music with An Evening with Mari Wilson.
This partnership will see jazz, blues and soul artists performing at the South West London visual arts centre.
Pizza Express has maintained jazz clubs in London since it first opened a premises on Dean Street, London in 1969.
Soulful songstress Mari Wilson will perform a range of her soul hits as well as a few contemporary classics on May 8.
The singer has had a long and varied career in music and theatre. In 2012 she released a new album Cover Stories in which she performs some of her favourite tracks.
She says: “I’d never made an album of covers before and thought it was about time, especially as I perform some of these songs in my show and have often been asked if they are available on CD.”
