The coming months will be eventful at Osterley Park and House, as a two year project to revitalise the house comes to fruition. To that end, a volunteer team is being recruited to help ensure all visitors enjoy their day.

If you are interested in history, art or architecture, then room guiding could be the role for you.

Room guides help bring the house to life, telling the stories of the people who used to live here, answering questions and making sure that visitors can find their way around.

Or you could join the welcome team. This group of volunteers provides a welcome to visitors and ensures that they have the information they need to get the most out of their visit. If you would prefer to work a little more ‘behind the scenes’ then why not take a look at the conservation assistant role who help the house staff clean and look after the house throughout the year.

There are also are many social events including coffee mornings and talks and plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and develop knowledge. No experience or advance knowledge is needed full training is provided. For more information, please call Catherine on 020 8232 5050 or email osterley@nationaltrust.org.uk
