The employers of Bakers Oven in Feltham have been attacked by low- flying cakes in two separate in-store attacks.
On May 29, manager Claire Jesse asked a woman who was shouting and swearing into her phone to take the call outside, only for her to retaliate by hurling a number of doughnuts at staff.
A couple of weeks earlier a woman in her late 20s started elbowing a teenage boy in the queue.
Mrs Jesse said when she asked her to stop, the woman became angrier.
Mrs Jesse said: "She hit me in the face with a pasty. The police took her away and told me she wanted to come back and apologise but I didn't want her in my shop."
No arrests were made in either case.
The shop is considering installing a two-way radio so staff can be instantly connected to security at the Feltham Centre.
