A gay airport security guard from Feltham has won his tribunal case that a female colleague harassed him by thrusting her breasts against him and pestering him for sex.

Allwyn Rondeau, 46, told the Reading Employment Tribunal he made it clear to Lucy Chilton, from Staines, that he was homosexual and not interested in her.

But Miss Chilton, 42, who worked with Mr Rondeau at Heathrow, persisted and "wobbled her breasts" all over his chest.

The tribunal also heard she bent over a plane seat and shook her bottom at Mr Rondeau, saying "come on, give it to me".

Miss Chilton denied sexually harassing Mr Rondeau when they worked together at G4S Security Services.

The tribunal found in favour of Mr Rondeau, upholding his claims of harassment on grounds of sexual orientation against Miss Chiltern and G4S.

The case followed an internal complaint from Miss Chiltern about inappropriate behaviour from Mr Rondeau. When Mr Rondeau made a counter claim against Miss Chiltern, he was suspended while the company conducted an internal investigation.

But Mr Rondeau failed in his claim that G4S discriminated him on the grounds of sexual orientation because only he was suspended during the internal investigation, with the panel finding the company followed proper procedures during the probe.
