A Hampton betting shop was robbed of more than £3,000 by three black men wearing scarves and gloves.

On Friday November 3 at around 5.50pm the males entered the shop on High Street Hampton with their faces partially covered.

The approached the counter, behind which two female members of staff were working, and one man leant over and unbolted the counter hatch before kicking it open allowing them to reach the till.

One of the female members of staff had her till open and was pushed aside.

They emptied the tills taking £3,000 of notes and a large quantity of bagged coins before walking out and turning left along the High Street heading towards the railway station.

The men are described as black, in their 20s. One was 5ft10 wearing a dark hooded top, red scarf and sports trousers, the second work a hooded top, dark sport clothing and the third also had on dark sport clothing and a hooded top pulled over his face.
