A Teddington man has been remanded in custody under suspicion of supplying fake documents to aid illegal working.

Kuldeep Singh, 34, of North Place, Teddington, was charged with conspiracy to supply counterfeit documents and appeared at Ealing Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, September 26.

Dalip Singh, 24, and Manbreet Singh, 20, both of Dallow Road, Luton, have also been charged with conspiracy to supply counterfeit documents and were both arrested at their homes.

The men were arrested as part of a UK Border Agency investigation on the morning of September 24.

Senior investigating officer Andy Shortland, from the UK Border Agency’s west London criminal and financial investigation team, said: “We have seized mobile phones, documents and other material from these addresses and they will now be examined as part of our investigation.”

The UK Border Agency’s west London criminal and financial investigation team is a specialist unit of police officers seconded from the Metropolitan Police, working alongside warranted UK Border Agency officers, to investigate alleged immigration crime.

The Teddington resident will appear at Isleworth Crown Court on December 10, where he was expected to enter a plea.
