Former Bond girl Honor Blackman will look back over her astonishing life and career when she takes to the stage at Teddington’s Normansfield Theatre.

Blackman’s illustrious career spans six decades and includes work in film, theatre and television.

Her most famous roles have been Pussy Galore, in James Bond film Goldfinger , Cathy Gale, in the Avengers, and Laura West, in the Upper Hand.

She has rarely appeared simply as herself, until now.

The Normansfield Theatre will be the elegant setting for this special event, which will see Blackman in conversation with director Richard Digby Day.

She will look back over her life from her beginnings, her family and her rise to stardom, with her usual sense of humour and perspective, and will also treat the audience to a few songs.

The 87-year-old actress can currently be seen on the big screen starring in new film Cockneys vs Zombies, which is in cinemas now.

She plays a grandmother who has to fight off the walking dead when they invade her care home in the black comedy.
