9:01am Tuesday 4th September 2012 in News By Rachel Bishop
A leading law firm is urging businesses with excellent customer service skills to step up and be counted at this year’s Richmond Chamber of Commerce Business Awards.
Richmond business Moore Blatch is sponsoring the Best Customer Service category at the awards, hoping to share with other businesses their ethos for providing first class customer service.
Managing partner David Thompson said: “Sometimes even the smallest gesture can make all the difference to a client, and inspire their confidence in you as a professional.
“Businesses of all shapes and sizes should always be putting their customers first in everything they do, and this award will duly recognise this important quality.
“We know there are a great number of businesses in Richmond and Twickenham that consistently deliver excellent customer service, and we want them to shout about it. With only a week to go until the
closing date for entries, you need to act fast.”
The Richmond Chamber of Commerce is encouraging entries from businesses, social enterprises and not-for-profit organisations that place customer service at the top of their agenda.
Moore Blatch also has offices in Southampton, Whiteley and Lymington.
The closing date for entries is Sunday, September 9, with winners announced at a gala dinner in October.
