Debates about the best ways to build sustainable communities and town centres alive will be a central part of a talk entitled The Future for Town Centres: Death or Evolution?

The one-day talk on Monday, September 10, will take place at Kingston University’s Penrhyn Road campus.

It will address challenges facing towns as companies look to set up offices in more spacious areas outside town centres.

A range of keynote speakers, including chief executive of KingstonFirst, Ros Morgan, and the British Retail Consortium’s Daniel Morgan will discuss where future property demand is going to come from, what the role of the town centre is and should be, and how development could be encouraged.
