Sport mad pupils have enjoyed a week of sporting fun in the lead-up to the Olympics.
Children from Thames Ditton Infant School spent four days at Colets Health and Fitness Club as part of the school’s keeping healthy week.
Sam Rowan, junior activities co-ordinator at Colets Health and Fitness, said: “The children have great fun with all the activities and it is lovely to see them rise to the challenge and build on their health and fitness over the course of the week.”
Jamie Wilson, a year 1 pupil, said: “I enjoyed doing the relay because I got to race against other teams.”
The children also participated in Olympics workshops and lessons about exercise, sun safety and healthy eating, and even did some cooking themselves.
