Twickenham’s Church Street will celebrate the Queen’s diamond jubilee with a good old fashioned street party.
On Tuesday, June 5, from 11.30am to 11.30pm there will be live music at The Fox and The Twickenham Club, Punch and Judy performances in the square, cake decorating at Sweetie Pies, a children’s carousel and much more.
Twickenham traders are also invited to take part in a window dressing competition with a chance to win a fantastic canvas oil painting of St Mary’s Church.
The competition will be open to enter until June 16 and will be judged by the mayor of Richmond on June 17, the morning of Twickenham Carnival.
