We have had quite a few nominations for the title of Worst Building in Kingston Borough and we have decided to extend the deadline in an attempt to gather a few more bad buildings before we print the results.

We want to know the buildings that really make your blood boil – the monstrous carbuncles, the dull, the depressing, the unimaginative, the inappropriate, the ones that blight our borough and stick out like sore thumbs. The ones that – if it was possible to break them in half like a stick of rock – you would just see the word “misery”.

Email your nomination (or nominations), together with a few lines on why you hate it/them, to paskew@london. newsquest.co.uk, or write to Bad Buildings Nomination, c/o Paul Askew, Surrey Comet, Allied House, 29-39 London Road, Twickenham TW1 3SZ. Enclosing a photograph would be useful but is not essential. The deadline is Thursday, May 17.
