An 18-year-old student accused of throwing a jar of coffee at a police officer in Poundland has been charged with one count of actual bodily harm.
Kirahn Boothe, of Uxbridge Road, Hampton, appeared at Richmond Magistrates’ Court on Friday, September 9.
Another student, Etienne Mana, from Feltham, has been charged in relation to the incident that happened at the store, in King Street, at about 2pm on Thursday September 8.
Mr Mana was charged with a public order offence and will appear at Richmond Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, September 21.
The 19-year-old was also arrested on suspicion of affray and has been bailed pending further investigation regarding this matter.
Mr Boothe has been released on bail and will return to court on Friday, September 21.
