St Catherine’s is a Catholic School for girls aged 3-18 that warmly welcome pupils from all faiths. Small classes are the norm from Reception up which enables us to focus on the individual and achieve very good Value Added scores and high academic standards. We help every pupil achieve their personal best by building a strong community spirit.
The school regularly achieves excellent grades at GCSE and our Value Added scores are well above independent school norms. We recently received excellent inspection reports for our Prep and Senior Schools and Catholic life.
Following major recent building work our excellent facilities now include a fitness suite, on site games fields, swimming pool, lecture theatre, and drama studio. An extension for the Prep Department opened in 2008 and a purpose built Sixth Form centre opened in September 2010.
The school is frequently highly ranked in the top 50 small schools of the Sunday Times Parent Power magazine.
