A supermarket has given more than 1,000 bottles of water to thirsty runners.
Tesco, Teddington, chose to back the weekly Bushy Park run as part of its commitment to support the community and promote the benefits of exercise and leading a healthy lifestyle.
Every Saturday morning at 9am, 700 residents congregate in the Teddington park to run five kilometres against the clock.
Teddington’s Tesco Metro decided to support the weekly run and the residents who take part.
Race director Danny Norman said: “The water donation is greatly appreciated by everyone at Bushy Park run, I’d like to thank Tesco on their behalf.”
