Hundreds of fans were left disappointed after Baywatch legend David Hasselhoff failed to turn up to Oceana nightclub on Saturday.
The pop star, actor and Britain's Got Talent judge was scheduled to introduce Bella Vida, the band his two daughters play in, as the support act of pop sensation Jason Derulo, however illness prevented him doing so.
Bella Vida were also absent from the show, reportedly due to delays in getting to Kingston from a previous concert.
Organisers said the night was still a success with hundreds of tickets sold in advance.
Manager Dan Correy said: “We had people queuing two hours before to get in first and get to the front. It was just like a concert. Jason Derulo has been number one [in the charts] for two weeks.
"It’s great to have someone so current."
Mr Correy added: "We’re more than just a mainstream nightclub. Recently we’ve had chart-toppers like Alexis Jordan and Labrinth playing, and DJs Chase and Status."
Next on their list is the man who has just knocked Jason Derulo off the top spot, DJ Fresh, who will be playing at the club on Thursday, July 28.
