Police are searching for a man thought to have been seriously injured during a fight.

Concerned officers are seeking information on the man, who is thought to be in his 30s, after he was thought to have received injuries to his head and torso.

The fight broke out between a group of men at about 5.10pm in Hanworth Road near the junction with Wellington Road South, on Wednesday, July 6.

The injured man, who was white, very stocky build and tanned, was seen to heading down Wyndham Crescent with another man after the incident.

He was wearing a light grey T-shirt and jeans at the time but it is thought that he may have discarded his T-shirt shortly after the incident.

Investigating officer Detective Sergeant Mark Long, of Twickenham CID, said: “We are very concerned for this man’s welfare as we believe that he may have been seriously injured during the fight.

“If you saw this man following the incident or you have since seen someone matching his description with injuries to his head and upper body, please contact us so that we can check that he is OK.

“I urge the victim to drop into a hospital to be checked. If you are his companion, please contact us or take the man to hospital to receive treatment.”

Three men, aged between 18 and 21, were arrested on suspicion of assault and remain in custody at a south-west London police station.
