Youngsters celebrated the return of the summer cricket season with lessons from top women’s cricketer Beth Morgan.
The international English women’s cricketer visited St Mary’s and St Peter’s Primary School, in Somerset Road, Teddington, where she held an assembly before passing on some tips by holding workshops with the pupils, on Wednesday, June 15.
The niece of former test cricketer Eddie Hemmings, was a member of England's victorious team in the 2009 World 20/20 competition, and scored a vital unbeaten 46 from 34 balls in the defeat of Australia in the semi-final.
