An air ambulance took a patient to hospital after he suddenly became unwell at a doctor's surgery today.
The Royal London Hospital scrambled the helicopter at about 10.20am, and it landed at a green near the Hampton Medical Centre, in Priory Road.
Police then drove the paramedics to the surgery to treat the man.
A spokeswoman for the London Ambulance Service said: “We were called to Priory Road just after 10.20am to a man who was taken unwell at the medical centre there.
“We sent an air ambulance as well as two ambulance crews and a single responder. The patient was taken by air ambulance to the Royal London Hospital.”
