Firefighters spent two hours tackling a blaze at a derelict building in Teddington.
Three fire engines were called to battle the blaze at the two-storey building in Normansfield Avenue just before 7.10pm yesterday.
About 15 firefighters from Twickenham and Kingston fire stations fought to control the blaze which caused damage to the ground floor of the building.
The fire was under control by 9.15pm.
The cause of the fire was today under investigation.
