Councillors Barbara Westmoreland, Liz Mackenzie and Geoffrey Samuel will give their views on how to improve Richmond's library service on Wednesday, March 25. The open meeting will be held at the Centre for Voluntary Service, 1 Princess Street, Richmond at 7.30pm.
