A Richmond chamber choir, inspired by a trip to Sierra Leone last year, will take to the stage this weekend at York House.
The Cantanti Camerati will perform their concert Just a Song at Twilight at the Twickenham venue, in Richmond Road, tonight and tomorrow and the set will include a folk song they learned while visiting the African country last October to donate over 100 instruments to musicians.
Residents of the Star and Garter home in Richmond Hill got a sneak preview of the choir's music last Sunday.
The concerts begin at 7.30pm with a Saturday matinee at 2.30pm and tickets cost £8-£10 on the door.
