Chiswick’s Catwoman is hanging up her outfit after raising more than £3,000 for people in Haiti.

Cat Davison, 22, of Bedford Park, Chiswick, spent 14 days wearing a cat suit after friends suggested it as an alternative way to raise funds for people suffering in the aftermath of January’s earthquake.

Starting off in a tiger suit the Cambridge student decided she would stay in the feline outfit a second day if she raised £100 and for a third if she raised £120, and so on.

The outfit was switched to a Sylvester the cat costume mid-way through, which Miss Davison wore out and about, in lectures and even on the hockey pitch.
