A BIG Issue seller has been charged with three counts of kidnapping after a nanny and two children were abducted.

The incident saw the young boys and their carer kidnapped from outside Blackheath railway station on May 13.

Terence Edward Winslow, aged 49, of Sowerby Close, Lee, was charged with three counts of kidnapping, after snatching the 37-year-old woman and the 14-month old and five-year-old she was looking after.

Last week News Shopper ran CCTV images of a man police wanted to question over the kidnappings.

Winslow appeared at Greenwich Magistrates Court on June 11 and is bailed to reappear on Friday at Woolwich Crown Court.
