Asbo boy, 13, banned from Feltham town centre

Richmond and Twickenham Times: Asbo: Ryan Irvine Asbo: Ryan Irvine

A 13-year-old boy has been slapped with an antisocial behaviour order (Asbo) banning him from entering Feltham’s shopping complex.

As well as being ordered to stay away from town centre shops, Ryan Irvine, from Feltham, was banned from spending time with two other boys – who cannot be named for legal reasons – and visiting the High Street, Highfield Road, Tilley Road and Bedfont Lane without authorised supervision.

The third part of the Asbo, which was issued by magistrates in Brentford Youth Court last month, forbids Irvine to go near any part of Feltham Community College, in Browells Lane, or Longford Community School, in Tachbrook Road.

Acting in what manner Nelly? As far as I can see the article doesn't actually say what he has done, although I have no doubt that it was something typical of the idiotic underclass to which Master Irvine no doubt belongs. The injury to the forehead and the dog chain around the neck provide a clue.
