Bus route through Kingston, Richmond, Brentford and Ealing named worst in London

The 65 bus service has been given the dubious honour of being named the worst in London.

In the past eight months, passengers travelling between Kingston, Richmond, Brentford and Ealing on the 65 route have made 107 complaints about the service - the highest number of any bus in the capital.

And the bad news does not end there. The 65 also made it to fourth spot in the top ten of buses that fail to stick to their timetable.

Transport for London (TfL) blamed a forced diversion through Brentford, which lasted several months, and roadworks in Kingston and Richmond Circus for the sudden drop in service performance.

But we want to hear your thoughts. Do you regularly use the 65? Are you happy with the service? What do you think the reason for the number of complaints is and what should TfL do?
