A SCHOOLBOY from Cranford was stabbed in the buttocks shortly after schools finished for the day on Thursday last week (March 18), during an apparent fracas with a group of other schoolchildren.
Police said that the 15-year-old, who was black, had been in a fight with a group of Asian boys, though they do not believe the stabbing was racially motivated. The boy is recovering in hospital.
