Isleworth teen dies in Yorkshire reservoir

An Isleworth teenager has died in West Yorkshire.
Jack Terrance Lee Chapman, 17, of Heldman Close, was swimming in Widdop Reservoir with friends when the group lost sight of him and called police on Wednesday.
Police divers recovered his body at the reservoir off Widdop Road some five hours later.
An inquest into his death was opened and adjourned today in West Yorkshire.
