Two of the three borough post offices stamped for closure will pull down their shutters for the final time next week.
After a six-week consultation the Post Office announced in early May it was to shut two Twickenham branches and one in Teddington by the middle of August.
This week, a spokesman for The Common Post Office, in Staines Road, Twickenham, confirmed it was closing its doors at 1pm on Wednesday, June 18.
Usha Patel, who has run the branch in Broad Street, Teddington, for 24 years with her husband Harry, said they would be closing at the same time.
The other branch told to close its doors by post office bosses - Cambridge Parade in Richmond Road, Twickenham - will be shutting on June 23.
